Small R squeezing and sizing machine for boiler industry

1. Overview
    This equipment is designed simply as C type and has 9 oil cylinders for hydraulic drive.
    It is used to squeeze and calibrate small heated elbow on the same level. A qualified 180° elbow of Φ=76mm and  thickness=12.7mm, R=1.5D can be squeeze to R=0.6D and achieve technical requirement. We are friendship Machinery (www.automatic-weldingmachine.com).

Mainly uses Mitsubishi PLC control, heating control in the same panel, simple operation, low failure rate.
